Meeting point is at 2.30 pm at the valley station of the Brunni cable cars. Return to the valley station at approx. 17.10.
 

Informationen/carry along

• Dogs and children under the age of 14 cannot accompany us.
• Closed shoes with good tread
• Weatherproof, warm clothing (onion principle)
• For warm temperatures: water bottle
• Forest bathing takes place in all weathers, with the exception of storms or thunderstorms.

Get to know nature and the forest in a different way? During forest bathing, you activate all your senses and become aware of your surroundings in the here and now. In this way you can slow down and find peace. The offer takes place in a group and mostly in silence.
