Any shareholder wishing to open an account in the shareholders' depot needs to fill out the application for natural and legal persons domiciled in Switzerland. The application must be legally signed by the shareholder.

Send the shares including the coupon sheet together with a certified copy of identification (valid passport / identity card or current commercial register extract) and the signed application to the share register (as registered mail).
