Medicinal herb trails

In our area we have two different trails; around Härzlisee and just above the chairlift, where medicinal plants can be observed in their natural environment. 

Our goal is to inform our visitors about medicinal plants and herbs, which is known from people who are living in Alpine regions for generations.

The knowledge of the effects of the plants and herbs comes mostly from the folk medical literature or from local experiences.
